This office operates under the guidelines of existing collective bargaining agreements and county policy and is responsible for development, implementation and administration of all personnel functions and programs of the county including recruitment and selection, salary administration, labor relations, benefits administration, and policy and procedural development. The Human Resources Administrator serves as an advisor to the county board and department heads in matters dealing with employee relations or personnel administration.
