Program Description

Core services include individual advocacy for people with disabilities, system advocacy, family support and IEP advocacy, education, information and resources.

  • Information and Referral
    Services to provide accurate and comprehensive information to individuals with disabilities, families, service providers and the general community.
  • Parent and Family Support Network
    Provides overall support, through group meetings, one to one connections, information, advocacy and education.
  • PCA Choice
    Services that help people with disabilities live independently in the community or in their family home.
  • Housing Access Services
    Assists qualifying people with disabilities in locating affordable, accessible housing.
  • People First
    Twice monthly self-advocacy group for adults with disabilities.
  • Disability Equality Training Series (DETS)
    Participants will strengthen their self-advocacy and assertive communication skills, explore their values and strengths, and learn about disability laws.
