The Silver Rapids Resort discussion of the EAW Petition and Conditional Use and Preliminary Plat applications will continue on August 19, 2024. It is scheduled to begin at 7:00, however, there are other agenda items that may delay the start time of the hearing. Because the EAW Petition must be accepted or denied by the Lake County Board of Commissioners, a decision regarding the Conditional Use and Preliminary Plat applications will not be made at this hearing.

A reminder that public comment has already taken place and is closed for these applications. Questions or Comments about the applications in the chat will not be answered or forwarded to the Planning Commission. Please reserve chat communications to notifying staff of technical issues with the meeting.
