  • Adult Protection
    To report suspected abuse, neglect, self-neglect or financial exploitation of vulnerable adults, call the Minnesota Adult Abuse Reporting Center (MAARC) 844-880-1574 or Reports are referred to local social workers that take appropriate action to provide safety.
  • Adult Foster Care
    Adult Foster Care is a licensed home-like setting for adults who are unable to live on their own. Placements may be short-term, long-term or for respite care.
  • Blood Pressure Checks and Foot Care Clinics
    Public Health Nurses perform blood pressure checks and hold monthly low-cost foot care clinics for elderly persons. Appointments are required.
    Web-based application that is comprehensive and integrates assessment and support planning for Minnesotans who need long-term services and supports. MNCHOICES embraces a person-centered approach to ensure services meet each person’s strengths, goals, preferences, and assessed needs.
  • Services to Seniors
    Assessments and referrals to assist individuals age 65 and older to remain in their home, as well as recommendations for options outside of the home when necessary.
