Lake Superior Community Health Center
Comprehensive medical, mental health, substance abuse, and dental care (accepts patients on MA/MNCare/Medicare). There is a sliding fee scale for services. Also offers a Health Care Access Center to assist with navigating state medical coverage, billing, prescription assistance programs and medical related referrals. Also offers patient referrals to other programs such as housing, employment and food. Walk-ins welcome.
