Offers intensive out-patient, substance use disorder treatment and mental health services for adults and adolescents. Services available are psychiatric assessment and medication management for child, adolescents and adults, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychological testing, group, individual, couples and family therapy, community-based Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), nutrition counseling, and community-based services for children, adolescents and young adults (CTSS). Telepsychiatry is also available. All types of insurances accepted including Medical Assistance and other state plans.
- Substance Use Disorder Treatment-Intensive outpatient treatment programming for adults and adolescents. Addressing substance use disorder and mental health diagnosis with an integrated approach. Rule 25 and mental health assessments. Offering day and evening sessions for adults. Group and individual counseling, family involvement, drug screening, and after care programming is available for adolescents ages 12-18 who are still in school and that have a substance abuse disorder.
- Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Suboxone-Intensive outpatient treatment for adults suffering from severe opiate use disorder. Medication assisted treatment in conjunction with mental health services, nutrition services, random drug screenings, psychological testing, medication management, and other services as needed. Offers day and evening programming. Must receive initial screening at the onset of treatment to determine individualized care needs and may need to be involved in Nystrom and Associates substance use disorder program to receive services.
- Driving with CareTM-An effective, evidence based, DWI/DUI Education program that meets the cognitive skills educational requirements often ordered by the legal system.
Nystrom Residential Treatment also offers in-patient treatment for substance use and mental health. We help adult individuals in their recovery process by providing a safe, stable environment that is clinically managed with Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors, nursing staff, and mental health professionals. We offer medium-intensity and high-intensity residential care for adult men and adult women suffering from co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
