Provides high quality skilled nursing care to eligible veterans or spouses of veterans. A special care unit is available for dementia residents. Services include:
Individualized Care Services include skilled nursing care, medical service with 24-hour nursing care, social services, individualized recreational services, rehabilitation services (physical, occupational and speech therapy), rehabilitation gym, mental and behavioral health services, chaplain and spiritual care services, and pharmaceutical services.
Specialized Services include local and Duluth transportation service, barber and beauty services, activities and game room, and craft shop.
