Offers persons with mental health challenges structured opportunities to develop skills, pursue interests and engage with other members and staff. There is no specific diagnosis, doctors referral, or assessment necessary to be part of our community. Anyone who is facing mental illness, life challenges, stress, or isolation is welcome to become a member.
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am-3pm
