Bethel Outpatient Services/Port Rehabilitation Center
The Bethel Port Rehabilitation Program helps men and women dealing with substance use disorder start and then make progress on a healthy path to a substance-free lifestyle. The Bethel Outpatient Center provides co-occurring services for substance use and mental health disorders. The Bethel provides co-occurring services for substance use and mental health disorders for youths incarcerated at the Arrowhead Juvenile Center in Duluth.
