Walk-in Rule 25 Assessments are available at Fond du Lac Human Services (M, T, Th 8:30am – 2:30pm) and the Center for American Indian Resources (T, W, Th 8:30am – 2:30pm). Assessments are on a first come, first serve basis and need to meet Fond du Lac Human Services eligibility.
