2023 Lake County Atlas/Plat Book

The 2023 Lake County Plat Book is available for sale.  In addition to showing land ownership, the plat book also includes roads, townships, cities and lakes.

Cost

• Pick up in person at the Lake County Courthouse Auditor’s office: $30.00 (tax included)
• Mailed to you: $40.00 (tax and shipping included)

If you are a tax exempt organization, please call our office to obtain the cost per book without tax.

You may request a copy by mail by sending a check payable to Lake County Auditor and mailing it to 601 3rd Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616. Or you can use your credit card to make that purchase by clicking the purchase button below.  Credit card fees will be assessed and are kept by the credit card processor.  The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling.
